Thermoforming machine builder   will be adding tooling to its product mix. The firm, based in Freilassing, Germany (U.S. office in Portsmouth, N.H.), has announced plans to acquire . , Sprang-Capelle, Netherlands, which makes tilt molds for cup production. Both parties have signed a purchase agreement, which is subject to government sign-off.
