Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corp.., Lincoln, R.I. has named Dr. Mike Andrews manager of process technology and application development for its cast and blown film extrusion 911������.

Previously, Andrews spent 17 years with Gloucester Engineering in Europe and the United States. Mor recently. he worked as dir. of product and application development in biopolymers at Metabolix in Massachusetts.  He holds a PhD in Polymer Science and Technology from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the U.K.
