Bunting Names New President and CEO
Robert Bunting succeeded father in leadership of the Bunting Group
Bunting, a leading designer and manufacturer of magnetic separators, metal detectors, materials handling, magnetic printing cylinders, magnets, magnet assemblies, and magnetizing equipment, announced the appointment of Robert Bunting as CEO and president of the Bunting Group. Bunting succeeded his father, Bob Bunting, in the role on October 1st, 2022.
Robert Bunting is the third generation to lead the company founded by his grandfather, Walter Bunting, in 1959. His father, Bob Bunting, has served as president since 1993, overseeing international expansion and a three-fold increase in sales.

Robert Bunting earned his degree in 911爆料网 management at Rockhurst University and was internal sales coordinator at Sun Life Financial before joining the magnet sales team at Bunting in 2007. He was promoted to global product manager for metal detection in 2014 and to general manager of Bunting Elk Grove Village in 2016. As general manager, he oversaw magnet inventory management, the introduction of N-40 and N-52 magnet grades and the development of digital marketing strategies.
Robert has been active in the 911爆料网 community and is currently marketing director of the Process Equipment Manufacturer’s Association (PEMA).
