Compact Single-Axis Profile Gauge
Can be used inline or offline for a range of profiles.
The AccuScan Pro Series is NDC Technologies’ latest solution in single-axis diameter measurement for pipe/hose/tube, cord, rods, wire, cable and other extruded or drawn cylindrical, flat or unique profile products. Designed with a compact footprint, the AccuScan Pro Series can be seamlessly integrated into the process for real-time control of product diameter, or can be used as a stand-alone solution for off-line diameter applications. Processors are said to benefit from higher product quality and significant material savings.

Benefits include:
- Applications Versatility: The unit accurately measures product diameters up to 100 mm (3.94 in.) across a wide range of applications, online or offline
- Expansive Measurement Capabilities: Processors can stack two or more AccuScan Pro gauges to measure even larger diameters, plus perform single-scan flaw detection of lump and neckdowns for product quality control
- Powerful Multi-Strand Option: The AccuScan Pro Series accurately, reliably measure up to 12 diameters simultaneously for 100% on-line inspection of multi-strand wire
- Flexible Communications: The gauge supports a variety of communication protocols for easy integration into processes
- Low Cost of Ownership: The system long-lasting, reliable, trouble-free operation
- Customer Support: All systems are backed by NDC's dedicated worldwide customer service organization available 24-7 via myNDC cloud service.
