Environmentally Compatible Mold Sprays
Hasco introduces all-synthetic lubricant, anti-corrosion and multipurpose cleaning sprays, many of which satisfy NSF certification.
Hasco has introduced a new range of chemical working substances that offer high environmental compatibility. Hasco’s Z2610/... heavy-duty lubricant spray has many uses in injection molding for the lubrication of ejectors, pillars, slide bars and all moving and sliding mold elements. NSF H1 certification and FDA purity requirement compliance, according to regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, enable it to have direct contact with foodstuffs. It also has strong resistance to high temperatures and water.
Z2620/... anti-corrosion spray is suitable for all metal materials and serves to preserve mold components after electroplating or washing processes. Plastics and mineral-oil resistant seals are not attacked by the anti-corrosion spray. It too has NSF H1 certification and satisfies FDA purity requirements for direct contact with food.
Z2630/... multipurpose cleaner spray is a universal special cleaner for machine and mold parts that evaporates without leaving any residue. Hasco says the cleaner has a mild odor, good material compatibility and high dissolving action against dirt and grease. It meets NSF registration A1.
