High-Volume Wheel for Calibrated Bottles
Wilmington Machinery’s Series IV wheel blow molder handles sizes from 8 oz to 4 liters and up to three parisons.

At K 2022, Wilmington Machinery will be discussing its all-new Series IV wheel blow molder for calibrated bottles of a wide range of sizes from 8 oz to 4 liters. This high-output machine can produce up to 48 bottles/min with one parison and up to 144 bottles/min with three parisons. The company’s existing Series IIB high-output wheel does not produce calibrated bottles.
This all-electric system is said to be compact and to have new controls that are more operator-friendly and provide for data collection and trending analysis.
