Guill Tool’s new die cart can be easily assembled and disassembled. It features a high-volume, adjustable-center accumulating crosshead that is designed to produce a smooth linear bore and provide jacketing over various substrates. The crosshead’s maximum through core is 18 in., while its maximum die ID is 23 in. The crosshead includes and an isolation sleeve.

Additionally, the tooling section features quadrant heating. Guill’s crosshead stand is equipped with an integral alignment station and a concentric roll guide. The stand is also an integral cleaning station, so processors don’t need to remove the crosshead for cleaning.
What’s more, the crosshead has an on-the-fly catenary adjustment feature and can be easily maintained with simple hand tools.
