Manifold Blocks for Flexible Cooling Circuits
Hasco’s Z920/... manifold blocks create a centralized inflow/outflow location that enables the use of shorter hoses in mold heating/cooling systems.
Hasco has introduced the Z920/... manifold blocks for flexible cooling circuits. The blocks, which can be mounted directly on the injection molding machine, are compatible with the company’s cooling elements and can be individually extended through a modular plug-in system.
The hoses can be connected via fixed screw connections or nipple/coupling combinations, and the system can handle heating media temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar (218 psi).
Hasco notes that the manifold block’s central inflow/outflow enables the use of shorter hose lengths, which can save energy and make the arrangement of cooling lines simpler and safer. Feed and return lines can be easily distinguished through blue and red anodized manifold blocks.
