New Hot Runner Controller Launches
PCS Company introduced the TC50 hot runner temperature controller, featuring two models, at PTXPO.
PCS Company (Fraser, Mich.) introduced its new TC50 hot runner temperature controller line, featuring two models for 6 or 12 zones of control, at the PTXPO. The TC50’s standard features include self-diagnostics, mold memory, zone slaving, leak detection and injection press connectivity for I/O functions, among others.
Paul Hauser, product manager at PCS, described the TC50 in a press release as a “full-featured, yet affordable temperature controller for smaller hot runner applications.” Additional features of the TC50 include: group setup function; power balance detection and display; synchronous heat up and cool down; thermocouple type selectable: J/K; and temperature unit selectable: C/F.
PCS Company will also provide replacement items for the TC50 hot runner controller including modules, BUS boards, output boards, I/O boards, HMI module, and control and output fuses.
