Smallest True Open-Air Plasma Surface Treater Launched
Lectro Engineering's new LT 2100VD surface treater is only 38 in. wide and 48 in. long.
Lectro Engineering is launching the smallest Lectro-Treat true open-air plasma surface treating system in its 58-year history. The unit is designed for new applications and existing product lines where space is at a premium. The new LT 2100VD surface treater is only 38 in. wide and 48 in. long.
The system can reportedly solve adhesion problems in a variety of applications including labeling, foaming, printing, painting and silk screening. A wide cross section of industries including automotive, packaging, medical, industrial, recreational, housewares and promotional items can utilize the technology.
The LT 2100VD can be used with parts from many different types of processes, including injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. In addition, it requires no adjustments if a production line changes from one product to another while ensuring 360º treatment of your part.
