Struktol Appoints New Director of Manufacturing
Jeff Kasper has joined the company, after most recently having worked as plant manager at Valtris Specialty Chemicals

Jeff Kasper recently joined Struktol Company of America, LLC in the position of director of manufacturing. A leading manufacturer of specialty additives for the polymer industry worldwide, Struktol marked its 44th year of manufacturing at its Stow, Ohio facility on May 22, 2023.
Jeff brings over 30 years of chemical, plastics and machining manufacturing experience with an emphasis on batch processes. Before joining Struktol, he worked as the plant manager at Valtris Specialty Chemicals. Earlier in his career he was the manufacturing manager at PolyOne (now Avient) and a process manager at GOJO. His leadership and responsibilities have encompassed EH&S, quality, customer service, productivity, scheduling, schedule compliance, maintenance, budgeting, long-range planning, and capital projects. He has deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to improve processes and lower costs. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Jeff’s extensive manufacturing experience will be very beneficial to Struktol’s growth in the industry.
